4 'Bum' Moves You'll Enjoy!


Here are 4 moves that will help you achieve that Brazilian Backside!  





1. Step Up Leg Lifts

Place your right foot on a step or bench and your hands on your waist. Push yourself up until your leg is straight and your standing on the bench on one foot without arching your back. Repeat steps for 15 repetitions and repeat the same reps on your left leg.

2. Front Kick and Reverse Lunge

Keeping your abs tight, Kick your right leg to the front while straightening your left leg and then do a reverse lunge by stepping back with your right foot.

3. Lateral Leg Lift

Keep your hands on your hips and your hip-width apart, bend your kneed to a squat. Stand and lift your right leg to the side, as high as you can, and return to the first position. Repeat for the left leg and continue alternating for 15 repetitions.

4. Plie Squat Jump

Stand with your legs about two feet apart with toes turned out like a ballerina. With your hands on your hips, rise onto your toes and bend your knees, and lower yourself until thighs are parallel to the floor. Jump of the ground and land softly on your toes. That is one rep. Repeat jumping quickly for 15 repetitions.
